The over 330,000-square-foot Symphony Tower plans consist of 34 stories of condominiums, a boutique hotel, green space, open space and retail. The architects on the project were Maryland-based CallisonRTKL in partnership with Albuquerque-based Dekker/Perich/Sabatini.
The project’s all-in cost is estimated at $116 million.
“We are hopeful that after final discussions with the Commission, Symphony Tower will become a beacon and symbol of this kind of progress in downtown Albuquerque,” wrote spokesman for the project David Silverman in a statement.
